I used distress inks to sponge the background, Memento Tuxedo black ink for stamping and Copic Markers for colouring in the images.

Here is a close-up

“The bleep boop set was a promotional stamp made for Creativation this year, so it’s not available for sale. However, I know some of you will want to get your hands on it. Lesley has a few left over and is offering you the chance to get this cute robo dog! Simply add ‘bleepboop’ to the comments when placing an order at the Heffy Doodle store and the first five orders with the qualifying codeword will get a free bleep boop included with their order!

Details of this card are at the Heffy Doodle Blog

Guest Design: Gina K Designs

Hello everyone! I am so excited to be a guest for Gina K Designs. She sent me some of her new released products to play with and I had so much fun creating. There are so many GORGEOUS products. I totally felt spring when I looked at these stamps and that was the inspiration and starting point for my cards.
Thank you Gina for having me, I am so honored :)

I have 3 cards for you today using various stamp and die sets.
For my first card, I decided to create a shaker element after seeing this AWESOME Cake Toppers stamp and Cake Toppers die set along with Watercolor Flowers stamp and Watercolor Flowers die. The size is perfect to create the focal element and the tiny florals to add the accents.

I started by creating a pink top fold cardbase. I then die-cut the cake to create the window onto a white mat layer. Now, I sponged some distress inks to another white piece to use it behind the shaker window. I then stamped the base using Antique Linen distress ink as I wanted to colour it using no-line colouring method. I used Copic Markers to color this. I then stamped the flowers and added some shading to them using the Copic Markers. Now I die-cut all the elements and created the shaker card.

For my 2nd. card, I got inspired by a card, I created sometime back- I stamped various images using the Vibrant Blooms and You Make Me Happy stamp sets. I used Copic Markers to color the images and the background and kept this card one layer except the sentiment panel :) Easy mailing...lol

For my last card, I went with a mixed media look. I used the GORGEOUS florals from the Vibrant Blooms stamp and the Vibrant Blooms co-ordinating dies. I went for no-line colouring technique using Copic Markers and Caran d'Ache color pencils

Wish you a wonderful crafty day! Hope you got inspired.
