Pinkfresh Studio Spring Release Blog Hop

Hello and welcome to the Pinkfresh Studio Spring Release Blog Hop. You are going to love the new release. It has GORGEOUS stamps and dies with a fresh and innovative look.

You must have come here from the sweet and talented Amy Tsuruta's blog. Sorry for a long post, get some coffee/tea...sit back and enjoy :)

For today, I decided to highlight the Floral Frame with a Swan stand alone die. It's such a detailed, versatile die.

Card 1: Here, I went with exactly how the Floral Frame with a Swan stand alone die looks. I simply die-cut the floral panel, colored using some watercolors. I then added color to the swan (love the details on this) and assembled it onto the panel.The flowers are cut partially, which really give so much detail, dimension to this die. I then added some nuvo jewel drops to the flower center. I used the sentiment from another new set stamp set "Let's Flamingle". To finish the card, I used the pattern paper from the Be You 6 by 6 paper pad.

Look at all the dimension and subtle shine :)

Card 2: This is another variation to the die. And I just want to share how easy it can be used with the elements from the older products. Here I used the same Floral Frame with a Swan die. I cut it once using black cardstock and once using watercolor paper. I then fussy cut the flowers from the watercolor paper, added watercolor and some gold flicks. I then adhered the flowers to the black panel. I then heat embossed the sentiment from another new stamp set "Aviary" using gold embossing powder. I then embossed a butterfly from one of the old release "Bloom & Grow" and adhered it to the panel. For the cardbase, I used pattern paper from A Case of Blahs paper pad.

Love the dimension and detail of this die.

For my 3rd and last card, I took a different way. I used the flowers from the Floral Frame with a Swan die and combined it with another new stand alone dies "Smile with Botanicals and Hello with Botanicals". The sentiment is again from "Let's Flamingle" stamp set.

Altenew Celebrating Parents Card Drive Blog Hop + Giveaway

For my first card I used the Best Dad stamp and Die Bundle. There are so many wonderful elements in this set, which would be perfect for any style. I combined this with the pattern paper and enamel dots are from the New Day Card Kit. I colored the images using copic markers.

Now, I wanted to create a card for my mom. For which I used this pretty layered Watercolor Bouquet stencil. I am so happy at the way my card turned out. I also used the Script Word Dies and Floral Garden stamp set from the New Day Card Kit to create the sentiment. Fun right? :)

Pinkfresh Studio: April Challenge

Hello everyone!

Have you played with the Pinkfresh Studio April challenge yet. We've got two amazing sketches for both memory keepers and cardmakers, and the color combination is inspired by our Let Your Heart Decide collection. Feel free to use just the sketch, just the colors or combine them!

Here is my take on it. I used the sketch and the colors both. I used the Botanical Branch die to create the horizontal part of the sketch. This card was fun to create using all the fun elements from Let Your Heart Decide collection. The birdie is from the Be You collection.

Altenew’s 4th Anniversary Blog Hop Day 3 + Giveaway

Today I am excited and honored to be part of the celebration for Altenew's 4th Anniversary Blog hop Day 3. I've loved Altenew from the day they first released their stamps and my love is growing ever since :)

I have two cards for you today.

Card 1: I used a mix of stamps and stencil for this card. First I used the Tree Ring Stencil to create the background. I then stamped the flowers in an ombre effect using Frosted Garden stamp set. I then die-cut it using the Frosted Garden Dies. I then stamped and embossed the word Celebrate from the Super Script stamp set and die-cut it using Super Script die set.

Finally I assembled everything together. To finish, I added the enamel dot from the New Day Card Kit.

For my next card I went to traditional watercolor. I used Build a flower: Gardenia stamp set and colored using some Daniel smith and Schminke watercolors. For the sentiment, I used the Beautiful Day Stamp set.

Pinkfresh Studio 4th Birthday Bash Blog Hop

Hello and welcome crafty friends!

I am so excited and honored to be part of this fun celebration!!! YES! We are celebrating Pinkfresh studio's 4th Birthday with a bloghop :) YAY!!! Congratulations Kinnari!!! I remember when I first saw Pinkfresh products and fell in love with them. The soft and delicate feel along with the freshness of designs totally stole my heart and today I feel proud to be in the team :) You must have come from the sweet and wonderful Zsoka Marko's blog.

For today's card I used Enjoy the Journey stamp and Enjoy the Journey die set along with the Sweet Treats and Basic Banners stamp sets. Did you notice, how the colors on my card match the birthday banner? I just realized it myself...lol

To begin, I created the background using some twinkling H2O. I then stamped the balloons and the clouds from the Enjoy the Journey stamp set and colored them using zig clean color real brush markers. I then die-cut the images using Enjoy the Journey die .

Then, I stamped and embossed the banners onto the panel using Basic Banners stamp and adhered the rest of the images.

Finally, I stamped the sentiment from the Sweet Treats stamp . To finish, I adhered some star confetti.
