Hybrid Card

Today the weather was bad since morning but somehow by evening it got better. I made this card for Deborah CCC which was sent to Deirdre.
I did the script BG with the Digi kit and changed the color after getting tip from Jennifer. Thanks Jennifer. I embossed the tiny flower in clear. BG in blue is done with broken china and faded Jeans. Butterfly again is from the Digi kit. Put some stickels to get the glittery effect. TFL.

3 in a Row

I love distressing...love the effect of water. I stamped my florish BG with orange and brown distressed ink and sprayed some water on it to give the watercolor effect.
Flower is from the digi kit, layered in two. upper layer cut between each petal and distressed the edges with black and curled to give the flower shape. Center is done with orange and yellow glitter pen and rest of the flower with pearl watercolor. My 3 Butterfly again are from digi kit.TFL.

Being Inspired the Girly way...

Well to start with, this is a card, which my daughter (Poorvi - 13yrs.) made all by herself and wants me to post it for her...She saw me going thru some Blogs and we found these 2 Challenges to participate in. She likes all the girly stuff, so she wanted to participate for this challenge. Another one, Lucys challenge ( Inspired by others) and here is Nancys card, which she was inspired with and came up with this great idea.

She made the purses with Colorcore paper, embossed it with cuttlebug and made the purse handle with beads in a silver wire. Pattern paper is by DCWV and its distressed with brown distress ink. She enjoyed both the challenges a lot. I love her creation....Leave a message and I will show it to her. Thanks for taking the time.
