Happy Sunday Everyone!!! Time to relax and make a to do list for the next week and that is what, you can enter a new challenge for this week at Paper Smooches Sparks. It's Designer Draft time.

 I like the sketch :)

For my card, I first started with the Duo Die and my image. I love this cute light bulb and sure gives me a smile :) I drew the glow around the bulb using my Memento marker. Then I die cut the arrows to  use them instead of the 2 horizontal banners. I used some washi tape for the vertical strip. Love how it all came together :)

That's it for me today--but be sure to stop by my talented teammates for more inspiration and leave them some love.

So Long!! Krafty long!!

3rd. post in one day!! I am breaking the ice after a long time.
For the new Digi release by Some Odd Girl, check my post HERE.

I had this almost finished card since yesterday but was not getting enough time to finish it. I made a tall card, it's really tall :) It's 4 by 8.5 inches. Love the size but it is difficult to mail though.

So I combined 2 challenges. Simon says Stamp Wednesday challenge has the theme of Kraft.

Then over at CAS-ual friday, the theme is to create a tall card, which includes farewell. Now I am really bad at saying farewell :) So, I made this card about how I feel about the DTs who are leaving. On the outside the sentiment shows how much I love seeing their creations and creativity and then in the inside I wish them that their Dreams come true, where ever they will be :) I used the Wonderful words stamp set by CAS-ual friday. Love this set as it has nice sentiments and this pretty floral image too. I used my Imagine Crafts/ Tsukineko inks.

I am playing along the challenge at:
Paper minutes:  decorate the inside
Craft Stamper blog: Make-it-Take-it (repeat stamping)

You make me Laugh

This is my 2nd. post for the day. For the Some Odd Girl digi release post click here.

Hello everyone!!! I just finished my card in time for the Case Study challenge. It's CASing Danielle Flanders and I am so happy I did play along.

I liked the happy colors with Ombre effect, the diagonal stripes in grey, thread, staple, hearts, yellow cardbase and of coarse the natural white CS with some flecks....so I took the yellow cardbase, created my watercolored ombre circles, took grey stripes, stitching, staples, hearts and flicked some ink instead of the natural flecked CS. I colored one of my vellum heart using copic marker and used some wink of stella for the rest of the hearts :) Love the effect! I used the circle stamp and sentiment by Simon Says exclusive.

Also submitting to the Papertake Weekly challenge: Lovely layers (I have laying of pattern papers and also colors)
Craft Stamper blog: Make-it-Take-it (repeat stamping, I stamped my circles)

I have one more card to share...coming right up!!!

Happy Birthday

Hello Everyone!!

It's been quite some time that I am posting something which I did not create as my DT assignments. I used some Hero Arts new stamp and my favorite Neon inks by IMAGINE Craft/ Tsukineko. I tried the technique multi-inking which Jennifer showed on her blog and love the outcome. I created a CAS card, so to emphasize on this gorgeous flower and the inking :)
I used the sketch by Case this sketch:

Playing along the challenges at:
Hero Arts Blog: Floral Birthday cards
A blog named Hero: Floral
Case This Sketch: sketch #63
The card concept: Ever since this challenge started I wanted to play along but somehow never got time:)  I used the monochromatic pinks but had to use a bit of green for the stem. Hope this is OK.

Supplies: Stamps: Hero Arts (Petals of Beauty, CL574, AC030); Inks: IMAGINE Crafts/ Tsukineko (Radiant Neon in Electric Orange, Electric Pink, Electric Purple: Memeneto Luxe - Pear Tart, Olive Grove: Versafine Onyx Black); Sequin: Neat and Tangled

Best Wishes

Hello Everyone!!

As I said in my last post I used some Hero Arts new stamp and my favorite Neon inks by IMAGINE Craft/ Tsukineko. I tried the technique multi-inking which Jennifer showed on her blog and love the outcome. I created a CAS and layered card, so to emphasize on this gorgeous flower and the inking :) Now once I stamped the image for my first card HERE. I just spritz the stamp with some water mixed with Shimmer spritz and stamped it again. I have to tell you that these Neon inks are really vibrant and the watercolor effect looks amazing.
I used the sketch by Case this sketch:
