My first card for Christmas

For the Lawnscaping FB Inspiration team blog hop click HERE

Finally, I started with my Christmas cards and hope to continue it...so I have enough cards to send in time :) Well another reason is that I wasn't able to resist to color these cute Party Paws Christmas collection by Crafter's Companion.

I used the Simon says Stamp snow stencil to create the background. I simply used Memento Luxe wedding dress ink onto the stencil using Fantastix....they sure are fantastix, I really love them and recommend them strongly.
I also used another fun product, which looks amazing in real. Although I tried to capture it in the photographs. This is Puff embossing powder by WOW!!! Perfect for the Christmas time :) It gives a fine puffiness to the creation...check out the fur on  the caps :)

Fianlly, I used my Spectrum Noir Markers to color in the images, loving the result.

My US readers can look for the supplies at Crafter's Companion US and my European readers can check out the Crafter's Companion UK site.

Timeless Twine and Lil' inker designs hop Day 4

Hello and welcome to the Day 4 of our hop. We are having wonderful creations by the DT's at Timeless Twine and Lil' Inker Designs

This is very special to me as Lil' Inker Designs was kind of my first International blog as a DT member. I had total blast :) So for today's card, I picked a theme which shares my thought whenever  I think of LID :) It gives me a big "SMILE"

I really love this stamp set...total FUN! I used some beautiful Brilliance inks by Imagine Crafts/ Tsukeneko to stamp and create the watercolor side strip. Love this twine color too....it's a perfect match.

While creating this card I also had these fun and beautiful sequins and dies by Pretty pink Posh, which give me smile everytime I look at them. Although, I don't any die from PPP yet :) Paulina has this fun Cutting Edge blog hop to participate in.

cuttingedge

Since I love this stamp and die and also watercoloring using my inks, I am submitting this card for the Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge: Anything Goes

Texture!!!

Happy monday everyone!! Today we have a new challenge over at Lawnscaping challenges and the theme is TEXTURE :) Don't you love that...there are so many various ways to add texture on a card.

So, here is my card. I really enjoyed creating this textured water using my new Simon Says Stencil and some ImagineCrafts/Tsukineko irRESISTibles and Pico embellisher. I colored the image using prismacolor pencil.

Look at the close up for all the texture :) It looks really nice IRL.

Playing along with the Simon Says Work it Wednesday challenge...the theme is Blue so I have my focal point as blue textured water :)

For the theme I got inspired by the challenges at StampNation. I recently joined them and it is a wonderful community with lots going on. So much to learn, discuss and talk about.

Have a LOVELY day!

Hello everyone!! I got this stamp recently and had to use it immediately :) So, I stamped it. Picked my faber-castell  watercolor pencils some Imagine Craft/ Tsukineko inks and created this card. Now I got inspired by 2 of my favorite challenges

Moxie Fab World: Fabulous Friday colorful clock challenge (I got inspired by all the colors and round shape with a bit of black too. Well didn't have any clock image to play with:)

Paper Smooches Sparks Picture Perfect challenge (I got inspired to watercolor seeing those brushes, flower and of coarse the wood, I used my Champagne embossing powder for that)

Playing along with the Virginia's view challenge: It's all about shaped cards and she has some awesome examples for that :)

So, I did some no line water-coloring and am really happy with the result. I let the coloring and this lovely sentiment be focus of my card, so I didn't use any sequins, which I was really tempted to use...lol. What do you think??

A little sidenote: If I were to make videos, what would you like to see me create? More later!! ;)
