Hello and welcome to the Day 1 of the new release by Lil'Inker Designs. It's an super exciting week here at Lil' Inker Designs. We are releasing some superb dies and a stamp set. You are gonna love love these!!

You should have come from Debby Hughes blog. If not go to Laura's blog and start over.

Today,We are releasing 2 amazing products. These are amazing and so versatile.
For my first card, I used the pieced Chevron die. I cut the vertical pieces in each alternating line, so it gives a nice twist to the die. I created a watercolor background behind the diecut cardstock.

For my 2nd. card, I embossed the mat using the pieced Chevron die. It gives such a nice and subtle background. I then cut the circles using the Stitched Mats Circle . Oh!!! These are special!!! Do you see what? See my positive and negative die cuts, they both have stitches. LOVE these. Amazing product and a must have.

The Card Set Challenge

Finally my last post for the day!!! As you know Cath at Moxie Fab World is showcasing the Paper Crafts 350 Gifts and Cards magazine. This magazine is so very special to me as I have my first cover card on it :)

This cute Monster on the cover is by me :) So so happy.
I created this set of cards for the current challenge at the Moxie Fab World: The Card Set Challenge

I created my card using Silhouette Cameo to cut the shapes in various colors, assembled everything together. I used some Hero Arts stamps for the sentiments. For the card set cover, I stamped the image using versamark ink and rubbed some perfect pearl powder, it gives a wonderful subtle pearly effect.

Don't you think this makes a perfect gift for Girl friends....
Have a nice day!!!

Thinking of you!!!

So here is my 2nd. post for today! Yesterday, I felt quite creative and created a few things. One of them is this card. I was thinking of playing along the CASE study challenge for some time now but it somehow never happened. I had to play along this time as I loooove Maile's work and the card is such an inspiration.

Here is the card as inspiration:
I was inspired by these row of feathers colored partially and also the colors.
My take:

I stamped this wonderful stamp by MFT  (Peaceful Wildflowers) using white ink and then colored the flowers using the colors of the inspiration card. Love the effect.
Also linking it to the challenge at Simon Says Stamp blog: Anything Goes

The supplies I used are all available at the Scraphouse shop.
 Thanks you for stopping by!!!

I also used some Zig Wink of Stella (liquid glitter) here n there, which gives such a lovely soft shine.
